HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

Order on our website using our easy ordering system. Find the product you want, choose your options and add your personal info. You can then add the item to your basket and checkout!

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We try to offer a fast turnaround service, unfortunately this means you can't change or cancel your order after you have received your digital proof. Once your digital proof has been sent this means your print has been processed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content of the design is correct before ordering, as bespoke or made-to-order items are not returnable.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the delivery.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

 

Please be aware that all bespoke or personalised orders are specifically made for each customer, so they can only be returned if they are faulty/do not meet your instruction or do not fit the description. Otherwise we do not except returns for any other reason.
